Our Aim
Time frame of the tour: 2003 – 2008
Our ecological footprint campaign was targeted towards environmental education. We wanted to encourage people all around the world to live more sustainable and to reduce their ecological footprint. To achieve this goal we were visiting environmental projects to give people ideas for change. We also gave talks and slide shows and ran an extensive media campaign to spread the word among a wider audience. The walk around the world was thus a means to learn more about environmental issues and to promote simple and sustainable living.
